Elói Nogueira struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Iulian Bucurescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tudor Bărbânță in the 7th minute of play forced TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's goalkeeper Luisão Simões to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the game, one of TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Alin Agud received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Luisão Simões came out and tried to block the shot, but Alin Agud slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 14th minute. Iulian Bucurescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elói Nogueira in the 19th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elói Nogueira in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iulian Bucurescu saved FC UNIREA Alba Iulia from getting behind. In the 22nd minute Tudor Bărbânță shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luisão Simões saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luisão Simões came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Mihai Odobescu. But to his dismay, Mihai Odobescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After 27 minutes, Cristian Casian mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC UNIREA Alba Iulia and the TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 27 played minutes FC UNIREA Alba Iulia got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Casian. 30 minutes into the match, Tudor Bărbânță notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's Luisão Simões. Luisão Simões was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of FC UNIREA Alba Iulia booed when TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vivaldo Pitta didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mihai Odobescu during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 39th match minute, FC UNIREA Alba Iulia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alin Agud to maneuver through the defense. After 42 played minutes TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG got a freekick which was hit by Sem Do. Luisão Simões showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tudor Bărbânță in the 45th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elói Nogueira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Vivaldo Pitta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 60th minute Alin Agud shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luisão Simões saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emanuel Finteșteanu scored 5-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luisão Simões, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's Luisão Simões played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tudor Bărbânță in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th play minute Elói Nogueira came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Iulian Bucurescu. 6-1. In the 81st minute, Elói Nogueira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 85th minute, Tudor Bărbânță ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luisão Simões was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. Luisão Simões came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Emanuel Finteșteanu. But to his dismay, Emanuel Finteșteanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-1. TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's Luisão Simões played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tudor Bărbânță in the 92nd minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's goal looked a bit too open when Tudor Bărbânță came free, but Luisão Simões reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute, Gigi Câmpeanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC UNIREA Alba Iulia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-1.
