Paulinho Rosado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Mandrak, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 17th minute Toninho de Mendonça shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulinho Rosado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frederico Smith made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Oséas de Castro sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gernando Maciel during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Frederico Smith was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Alessandro Queirós capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alessandro Queirós really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 30th match minute, Mosqueteiros 4EVER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastião Esteves to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute of the match Gernando Maciel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paulinho Rosado showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Sebastião Esteves kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Mosqueteiros 4EVER defense, Ismael Mandrak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paulinho Rosado. The Mosqueteiros 4EVER fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paulinho Rosado should have stopped the shot. Paulinho Rosado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hélder Mangueira in the 39th minute of play. Elivélton Valladares hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ismael Mandrak was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Clube do Remo MZ's Ismael Mandrak dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. In the 56thth minute of the game José Maria Rossi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mosqueteiros 4EVER's Paulinho Rosado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Mosqueteiros 4EVER's goalkeeper Paulinho Rosado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ismael Mandrak. In the 58th minute Elivélton Valladares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulinho Rosado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Mosqueteiros 4EVER booed when Clube do Remo MZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elivélton Valladares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastião Esteves kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Frederico Smith made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro Queirós in the 62nd minute of play. If Gustavo Reis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toninho de Mendonça in the 70th minute of play forced Mosqueteiros 4EVER's goalkeeper Paulinho Rosado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 72 minutes into the match, Ismael Mandrak notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Mosqueteiros 4EVER's Paulinho Rosado. Paulinho Rosado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 79th match minute, Clube do Remo MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caetano Camargo to maneuver through the defense. Sebastião Esteves blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Frederico Smith having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Ismael Mandrak kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Paulinho Rosado. That made the score 1-5 in the 82 minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Ismael Mandrak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paulinho Rosado. Mosqueteiros 4EVER's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ismael Mandrak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. In the 89th minute Toninho de Mendonça shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulinho Rosado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulinho Rosado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toninho de Mendonça, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. After a rather tough play, Mosqueteiros 4EVER's Sebastião Esteves got a free kick in the 93rd minute. When the match was over Clube do Remo MZ could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Mosqueteiros 4EVER throughout the match.
