In the 5th minute Huang Bing Ran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nacho Gonzalez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. El Gallo de Moron's Nacho Gonzalez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save El Gallo de Moron from getting a goal against them. Bernd Yuschni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisinho Laguna in the 10th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisinho Laguna in the 10th minute of play forced 1947 FC's goalkeeper Bernd Yuschni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, 1947 FC's Anier Chano got a free kick in the 11th minute. Nacho Gonzalez made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Goren Baños sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luisinho Laguna in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernd Yuschni prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 22ndth minute of the game Luisinho Laguna who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 1947 FC's Bernd Yuschni was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Metehan Kahya hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. A well-hit corner resulted in Aldo Rico heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 31st minute, Luisinho Laguna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El Gallo de Moron fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Anier Chano made in the 43rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Metehan Kahya. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gary Medel during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 46 played minutes El Gallo de Moron got a freekick which was hit by Gary Medel. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The audience was convinced that Luisinho Laguna's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bernd Yuschni was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Bernd Yuschni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisinho Laguna, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo-Hernán Vallejo in the 60th minute of play forced El Gallo de Moron's goalkeeper Nacho Gonzalez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nacho Gonzalez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Goren Baños's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Bernd Yuschni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisinho Laguna in the 64th minute of the match. 1947 FC's Melchor Xacintu was substituted for Jordan Poole. 1947 FC's Americo Artal was substituted for Gustavo-Hernán Vallejo. El Gallo de Moron's Gary Medel managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Metehan Kahya in the 67 minute of the game. After having played for 68 minutes, Teofilo Garrote managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Gallo de Moron's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teofilo Garrote was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisinho Laguna in the 70th minute of play forced 1947 FC's goalkeeper Bernd Yuschni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernd Yuschni was a little too slow when Luisinho Laguna got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 0-4. If Luisinho Laguna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 1947 FC's Bernd Yuschni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luisinho Laguna in the 77th minute of play. El Gallo de Moron made a substitution. Vanja Džaferović replaced Martin Cubillos. Nacho Gonzalez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremias Stephen, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Nacho Gonzalez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeremias Stephen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luisinho Laguna had several of the 1947 FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 90 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-5 score and a disappointed Bernd Yuschni as he didn't even see the shot coming. When the final whistle sounded El Gallo de Moron left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than 1947 FC.
