After 4 played minutes ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★ got a freekick which was hit by Isaac Vistruario. In the 8th minute, ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★'s Celestino Mingo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. OLYMPIACOS FC's Ovidio Oto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save OLYMPIACOS FC from getting a goal against them. 19 minutes into the game, Gaudencio Vargas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave OLYMPIACOS FC the free kick. In the 20th match minute, ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaudencio Vargas to maneuver through the defense. 21 minutes into the match, Paolo Bartoleme dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ovidio Oto, 2-0. Gavino Orlan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elpidio Brais went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Gaudencio Vargas managed to get in a good position for a shot. ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★'s supporters rose to their feet, but Gaudencio Vargas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ovidio Oto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Matias Ado during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★ getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Matias Ado hit a great ball. Haroldo Etxahun's late challenge caught a ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Haroldo Etxahun helped the player get up and apologised. In the 39th match minute, OLYMPIACOS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haroldo Etxahun to maneuver through the defense. Saverio Ladio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ovidio Oto. OLYMPIACOS FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gaudencio Vargas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidio Oto having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Celestino Mingo made a kick off. Bernabe Normando's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gavino Orlan firmly grabbed it by the left post. Elpidio Brais charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elpidio Brais the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to OLYMPIACOS FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Bernabe Normando hit a great ball. 65 minutes into the match, OLYMPIACOS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gaudencio Vargas came free, but Ovidio Oto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaudencio Vargas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ovidio Oto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Elpidio Brais notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★'s Gavino Orlan. Gavino Orlan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★'s zone, Cirilo Chayo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gavino Orlan came out of the goal and Cirilo Chayo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elpidio Brais in the 75th minute of play forced ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★'s goalkeeper Gavino Orlan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 76 played minutes OLYMPIACOS FC got a freekick which was hit by Cirilo Chayo. 78 minutes into the game, Celestino Mingo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Ovidio Oto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gavino Orlan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Santos Lazcano in the 81st minute. Cirilo Chayo kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Haroldo Etxahun dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gavino Orlan, 3-3. After 93 played minutes ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★ got a freekick which was hit by Paolo Bartoleme. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Santos Lazcano in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gavino Orlan saved ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★ from getting behind. OLYMPIACOS FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★ to leave the ground with a draw.
