Aquiles Playo's late challenge caught a ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aquiles Playo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Aquiles Playo hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Clemente Martino got free with Gavino Orlan in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 40th minute of the match, Clemente Martino tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gavino Orlan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 42 minutes into the game, Celestino Mingo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Angelo Ospetsu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★'s Gavino Orlan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemente Martino in the 47th minute of play. After 50 minutes, Bruno Ekialde mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★ and the ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee ignored ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★'s protests and gave Lucio Oliviero a yellow card for diving instead. In the 91st minute, Lucio Oliviero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
