In the 20th match minute, VERΛ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Gonzalez to maneuver through the defense. Delmar Bartoleme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eric Palacios, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Saborio in the 25th minute of play forced VERΛ's goalkeeper Delmar Bartoleme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Salvador Mata took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Delmar Bartoleme. A collision led to SAPRIMECKBEL getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Teodoro Padilla hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luisito Caradaro in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guillermo Araya saved SAPRIMECKBEL from getting behind. When Teobaldo Hegoi fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored VERΛ's protests and gave Teobaldo Hegoi a yellow card for diving instead. In the 72nd minute, Teobaldo Hegoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernardo Saborios short, quick shot in the 73rdth minute got Delmar Bartoleme to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to VERΛ getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Eleuterio Ferdinand hit a great ball. Delmar Bartoleme didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bernardo Saborio went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score.
