The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. ⲨⲀⲚⲀ's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Luisito Caradaro 3 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Teobaldo Hegoi took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iker Azubeli. Iker Azubeli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Lorenzo Louis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Iker Azubeli. That made the score 3-0 in the 13 minute of play. Iker Azubeli didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when VERΛ's Lorenzo Louis shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-0 in the ordered_time% minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Godfredo Firman during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 26 minutes, Luis Elia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ⲨⲀⲚⲀ and the VERΛ players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a little luck, ⲨⲀⲚⲀ's Iker Azubeli got control of the ball when Luisito Caradaro tried to sneak it across the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luisito Caradaro made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Luisito Caradaro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The VERΛ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. After 56 played minutes ⲨⲀⲚⲀ got a freekick which was hit by Ubaldo Ishmael. In the 59thth minute of the game Luisito Caradaro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ⲨⲀⲚⲀ's Iker Azubeli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 61st match minute, ⲨⲀⲚⲀ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciro Rodas to maneuver through the defense. Iker Azubeli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eleuterio Ferdinand in the 62nd minute of play. A collision led to ⲨⲀⲚⲀ getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Ubaldo Ishmael hit a great ball. Iker Azubeli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisito Caradaro in the 63rd minute of the match. Iker Azubeli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luisito Caradaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind ⲨⲀⲚⲀ's goalkeeper Iker Azubeli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luis Elia was shown his second yellow card after 74 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of VERΛ booed when ⲨⲀⲚⲀ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Elia didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisito Caradaro in the 77th minute of play forced ⲨⲀⲚⲀ's goalkeeper Iker Azubeli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ubaldo Ishmael charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ubaldo Ishmael the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, ⲨⲀⲚⲀ's Ubaldo Ishmael got a free kick in the 77th minute. The audience was convinced that Luisito Caradaro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iker Azubeli was relentless in the 79th minute of the game.
