Abel Panfilo might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nacho González. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abel Panfilo ran back to his position shaking his head. GangsTaz F. C.'s Nicholas Webster suffered a concussion after 38 minutes and had to leave the field. Ulizes Sola charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ulizes Sola the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ulizes Sola hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. 42 minutes into the match, Astillero del Guayas's goal looked a bit too open when Lisandro Eladio came free, but Nacho González reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nacho González made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lajos Tímár in the 44th minute of play. When GangsTaz F.
