Loid De Keusters short, quick shot in the 15thth minute got Tobias Faro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Nicanor Bieito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waud De Geyter having to interfere. Benjamin Carberry succeeded in the game's 18th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. David Llanos took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Waud De Geyter. Waud De Geyter dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Izydor Czysta came free with the goalkeeper in the 26th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Tobias Faro could save by the left post. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Silver Squad AFC's goalkeeper Waud De Geyter, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Social y Dep. Patagonia's Modesto Lehen was substituted for David Llanos. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by Silver Squad AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Justino Roldanillo was slow to take the kick. During this time Social y Dep. Patagonia's players had a chance to rest. A collision led to Social y Dep. Patagonia getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Kazimierz Oliszewski hit a great ball. Tobias Faro was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Frans Van Caubergen capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Frans Van Caubergen really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. The audience was convinced that Leo Pangsepp's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Waud De Geyter was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Waud De Geyter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Pangsepp in the 43rd minute of play. Social y Dep. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benjamin Carberry to strike the kick off in the second half. Waud De Geyter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leo Pangsepp, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Arnaldo Bastia's late challenge caught a Silver Squad AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patagonia's Leo Pangsepp made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Waud De Geyter was left in no man's land by his defense there! Social y Dep. Patagonia's Tobias Faro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Carberry in the 58th minute of play. Waud De Geyter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Pangsepp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Social y Dep. Silver Squad AFC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 72 minutes into the match, Silver Squad AFC's goalkeeper Waud De Geyter had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Severo Laurgain. Social y Dep. Patagonia were awarded a corner in the 74th minute after Silver Squad AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Justino Roldanillo took the corner. After some careless play in the Silver Squad AFC defense, Severo Laurgain kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Waud De Geyter. The Silver Squad AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Waud De Geyter should have stopped the shot. Tobias Faro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin Carberry, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute Benjamin Carberry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Faro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rogério Paiva charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Severo Laurgain ran back to his position shaking his head. Silver Squad AFC's Waud De Geyter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severo Laurgain in the 89th minute of play. Bror Litenboks made in the 91st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Damazy Radzyminski however managed to control. In the 92nd match minute, Social y Dep. Patagonia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaldo Bastia to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Silver Squad AFC defense, Severo Laurgain kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Waud De Geyter. The Silver Squad AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Waud De Geyter should have stopped the shot. The Silver Squad AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Social y Dep. Patagonia's performance. The match ended with a win for Social y Dep. Patagonia.
