The corner went over the outstretched arms of CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's goalie and right to Modesto Frasco. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After a rather tough play, CAM Football Club's Diego Ovando got a free kick in the 36th minute. Martin Theodore stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Golo Duarte's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Duarte Duarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernabe Llorienzo in the 40th minute of the match. In the 40th match minute, CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Podwojski to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Daniel Podwojski hit a great ball. When Golo Duarte came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Golo Duarte couldn't finish the play. Duarte Duarte came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by CAM Football Club's Teofilo Kelemen. But to his dismay, Teofilo Kelemen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Golo Duarte was the one to do the kick off. After 55 played minutes CAM Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Bernabe Llorienzo. CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Duarte Duarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Idacio in the 57th minute of play. Duarte Duarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Idacio in the 57th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Bernabe Llorienzo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Martin Theodore was out of position in the 61 minute of play, and Golo Duarte capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Golo Duarte really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Duarte Duarte was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Martin Theodore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernst Giöck, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. CAM Football Club's Martin Theodore proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save CAM Football Club from getting a goal against them. Martin Theodore had great luck who in the 83rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Ernst Giöck from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Diego Quadros in the 84th minute. With a little luck, CAM Football Club's Martin Theodore got control of the ball when Golo Duarte tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 92nd minute Daniel Podwojski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Theodore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rd minute of the match CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land got a corner. CAM Football Club's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Diego Quadros ran over to the corner to take the kick. Duarte Duarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santiago Marquez in the 95th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The CAM Football Club fans cheered their team off the field, for while CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
