In the 23rd minute, Ernest Oprescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute, Gong Qi Fan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Mihăiţă Moisil quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Sandu Mândrilă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Playa Malvín's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
