Brugge United's Vítor Baia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiberiu Caramarin in the 11th minute of play. Vítor Baia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiberiu Caramarin in the 25th minute of the match. Calistrat Madgearu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guido Vissenaeken, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th match minute, MIT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Vâtcă to maneuver through the defense. In the 30th minute, Tiberiu Caramarin made a precise shot to the right of Vítor Baia. Brugge United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. A sloppy throw-in by Ivan Vâtcă in the 33rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Brugge United's Will Deman. The throw-in from Will Deman in the 40th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by MIT's Florin Seremet. Brugge United's Vítor Baia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiberiu Caramarin in the 42nd minute of play. Brugge United's Arnauld Van Impe was substituted for Guido Vissenaeken. Brugge United made a substitution. Waud Huijbrechts replaced Jaspar Van Den Broeck. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arnauld Van Impe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. David Tunander replaced Dorin Banu. MIT's Calistrat Madgearu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save MIT from getting a goal against them. Calistrat Madgearu didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 74th minute, which inside left pole to 3-1. MIT's Bogdan Bucataru was substituted for Mihăiţă Ilarie. 81 minutes into the match, Brugge United's Arnauld Van Impe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Calistrat Madgearu narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
