Tiberiu Caramarin scored 0-3 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dinu Oardă, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mihăiţă Ilarie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dinu Oardă having to interfere. After having played for 18 minutes, Tiberiu Caramarin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MIT's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tiberiu Caramarin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dinu Oardă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiberiu Caramarin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 25 minutes MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mihăiţă Ilarie who took care of the corner kick. MIT's Mihăiţă Ilarie managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Mihăiţă Moisil in the 28 minute of the game. Calistrat Madgearu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Lucila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the game, MIT's Tiberiu Caramarin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dinu Oardă made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 35th minute, Tiberiu Caramarin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dinu Oardă was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. The throw-in from Ivan Vâtcă in the 40th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Mihăiţă Moisil. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Mihăiţă Moisil managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ivan Vâtcă in the 40 minute of the game. In the 46th minute, Mihăiţă Moisil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dinu Oardă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiberiu Caramarin in the 47th minute of play. After 48 minutes MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mihăiţă Ilarie who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's goalie and right to Tiberiu Caramarin. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tiberiu Caramarin was the one to do the kick off. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Mihăiţă Moisil quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ivan Vâtcă, made in the 60th minute of the game. When Edwin 雷岩 came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edwin 雷岩 couldn't finish the play. MIT's Tiberiu Caramarin got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 66 played minutes MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV got a freekick which was hit by Ionuț Covrig. 69 minutes into the match, Tiberiu Caramarin notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Dinu Oardă. Dinu Oardă was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 73 minutes into the match, Tiberiu Caramarin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dinu Oardă, 0-7. Edwin 雷岩 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Calistrat Madgearu having to interfere. Dinu Oardă showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiberiu Caramarin, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Edwin 雷岩 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Calistrat Madgearu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Tiberiu Caramarin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MIT fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. MIT's Aurel Buzea was substituted for Florin Seremet. 94 minutes into the game, Ivan Vâtcă threw the ball into play from the sideline. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Mihăiţă Moisil quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. A collision led to MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Mihăiţă Moisil hit a great ball. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's attentive Ionuț Covrig managed to snatch the ball when Ivan Vâtcă made a throw-in in the 96th minute of the game. The MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching MIT's performance. The match ended with a win for MIT.
