Mao Si showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gong Lin Yin, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. If Nereo Cacheres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dabi Vila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beppe Falasca having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gong Lin Yin in the 19th minute of play forced Los once leones Ourense's goalkeeper Mao Si to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Coriano FC's Ernesto Gaudino was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mao Si in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The supporters of Los once leones Ourense booed when Coriano FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciro Melone didn't get a good kick on the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Coriano FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nereo Cacheres came free, but Beppe Falasca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 27 minutes into the game, Nereo Cacheres cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Beppe Falasca was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 31st minute Coriano FC were awarded a corner. Ciro Melone went to the cornerflag to take it. Coriano FC's Ciro Melone was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mao Si in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nereo Cacheres in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Beppe Falasca saved Coriano FC from getting behind. Dabi Vila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Beppe Falasca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Los once leones Ourense's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ferdinando Di Camillo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Pablo-Enrique Alabern fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beppe Falasca having to interfere. After having played for 48 minutes, Gong Lin Yin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Coriano FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gong Lin Yin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dabi Vila stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Los once leones Ourense's Mao Si played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damiano Di Nucci in the 53rd minute of play. After 54 minutes Los once leones Ourense's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ciro Melone who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Los once leones Ourense's goalie and right to Fabiano Caneva. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Los once leones Ourense's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Mao Si showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damiano Di Nucci in the 61st minute of the match. If Dabi Vila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mao Si made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gong Lin Yin in the 64th minute of play. Damiano Di Nucci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fabiano Caneva during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fabiano Caneva kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Urdin Castan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Damiano Di Nucci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mao Si didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ferdinando Di Camillo went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
