Rene Goren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Marcos Merexildo kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Don Merlot got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kryspin Cupial showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zacarias Urtun, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Marcos Merexildo hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. The throw-in from Marcos Merexildo in the 35th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by SSV Ulm 1846's Sven-Olof Lilja. chacarita juniors's Rene Goren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Don Merlot in the 39th minute of play. Rene Goren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Don Merlot in the 42nd minute of play. After 44 minutes of play, SSV Ulm 1846's Niclas Monschke made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rene Goren was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rene Goren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Niclas Monschke's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
A sloppy throw-in by Marcos Merexildo in the 54th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by SSV Ulm 1846's Sven-Olof Lilja. Rene Goren was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Don Merlot capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Don Merlot really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. After 60 played minutes, SSV Ulm 1846's Sven-Olof Lilja shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rene Goren came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SSV Ulm 1846 reached it. A throw-in in the 64th minute of the game was made by Marcos Merexildo with Prudencio Vedillo as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. chacarita juniors's Rene Goren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save chacarita juniors from getting a goal against them. Niclas Monschke in the 67thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rene Goren, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 68th minute, Niclas Monschke left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SSV Ulm 1846 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. In the 73rd minute of the match SSV Ulm 1846 got a corner. chacarita juniors's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sven-Olof Lilja ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 75th minute, Zacarias Urtun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Sven-Olof Lilja from long distance, 76 minutes into the match, got Rene Goren's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Rene Goren was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Don Merlot showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-9 in the 78 minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcos Merexildo during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Marcos Merexildo kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Rene Goren came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by SSV Ulm 1846's Don Merlot. But to his dismay, Don Merlot quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-10. After having played for 88 minutes, Niclas Monschke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SSV Ulm 1846's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niclas Monschke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Don Merlots short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Rene Goren to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Nicanor Olando kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Don Merlot took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rene Goren. Rene Goren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-11. The chacarita juniors fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. SSV Ulm 1846 were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
