Unai Sócrates scored 1-0 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Matthias Lindgren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The throw-in from Ralf Rönn in the 10th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Fauna Utd's Karel Cromefeldt. Unai Sócratess short, quick shot in the 14thth minute got Matthias Lindgren to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 17 minutes into the match, Dexiators's goalkeeper Matthias Lindgren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Unai Sócrates. 24 minutes into the game, Ralf Rönn threw the ball into play from the sideline. Fauna Utd's Karel Cromefeldt quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Ove Hökqvist made in the 26th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Kennet Fernström. Unai Sócratess short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Matthias Lindgren to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Unai Sócrates received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Matthias Lindgren came out and tried to block the shot, but Unai Sócrates slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 38th minute. 44 minutes into the game, Tymoteusz Misiorowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Radamel Hendrickx was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Lennart Johansson made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Dexiators's goal looked a bit too open when Unai Sócrates came free, but Matthias Lindgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ralf Rönn made in the 57th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Brian Bern. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Tymoteusz Misiorowski took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Radamel Hendrickx to make any attempt to save it. Fauna Utd's Yuri Portugal was substituted for Lorenzo Garaona. Matthias Lindgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yuri Portugal in the 66th minute of play. In the 67th minute Fauna Utd were awarded a corner. 董文鹰 went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Dexiators's goalie and right to Unai Sócrates. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Dexiators's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 70 minutes into the game, Dexiators's Tymoteusz Misiorowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Radamel Hendrickx made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. Radamel Hendrickx showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tymoteusz Misiorowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. If Unai Sócrates had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tymoteusz Misiorowski during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 81st minute, Tymoteusz Misiorowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Radamel Hendrickx made an important save on a dangerous shot by Max Gustafsson in the 85th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Dexiators eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
