In the 35th minute Lionel-Andrés Messi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wit Kasperowicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 37th minute, but Vassilis Nentakis got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving S.E. Pindorama Eagles hanging dry this time. 38 minutes into the match, Ştefan Magheran had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wit Kasperowicz. KS LEW Chorzów's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ştefan Magheran was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Zachariasz Niedbalski charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zachariasz Niedbalski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of S.E. Pindorama Eagles booed when KS LEW Chorzów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zachariasz Niedbalski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wit Kasperowicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ştefan Magheran in the 44th minute of the match. Pindorama Eagles could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than KS LEW Chorzów throughout the match.
