Antoni Brama took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilhelm Nienhaus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antoni Brama made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Paulo da Silva in the 23rd minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wilhelm Nienhaus made a kick off. A collision led to Śląsk Bytom getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Hakkı Elçin hit a great ball. 54 minutes into the match, Hertha 1969's goal looked a bit too open when Ulryk Miazga came free, but Rune Jarstein reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute Ulryk Miazga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rune Jarstein saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sivert Eliasson was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 63 minutes into the match. Wilhelm Nienhaus shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Antoni Brama showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristian Oswald in the 68th minute of the match. Zé Paulo da Silvas short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got Antoni Brama to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Antoni Brama made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wilhelm Nienhaus in the 72nd minute. A nice corner shot did that Moritz Hasenjäger got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Antoni Brama quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 77 minutes into the match, Hertha 1969's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Garcia came free, but Rune Jarstein reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute Hakkı Elçin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rune Jarstein saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antoni Brama took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rupert Heidingsfelder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute, Rupert Heidingsfelder reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Antoni Brama. The goal made the score 2-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Hertha 1969 walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
