COLLEGNO F.C.'s Xu Zheng Zhou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jelte Bleiswijk in the 6th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, COLLEGNO F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Jelte Bleiswijk came free, but Xu Zheng Zhou reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute Jelte Bleiswijk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xu Zheng Zhou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xu Zheng Zhou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jelte Bleiswijk, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Xu Yuan Ting in the 12th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by AEK S.C's Rodrigo Hats. Konstantinos Kouventolakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xu Zheng Zhou having to interfere. In the 34thth minute of the game Jelte Bleiswijk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but COLLEGNO F.C.'s Xu Zheng Zhou was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Xu Zheng Zhou stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jelte Bleiswijk's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. In the 38thth minute of the game Jelte Bleiswijk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but COLLEGNO F.C.'s Xu Zheng Zhou was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. AEK S.C's Rodrigo Hats quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Xu Yuan Ting, made in the 39th minute of the game. Jelte Bleiswijk might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Xu Zheng Zhou. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jelte Bleiswijk ran back to his position shaking his head. 39 minutes into the match, COLLEGNO F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Jelte Bleiswijk came free, but Xu Zheng Zhou reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute, Donzel Goyeneta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 43 played minutes AEK S.C got a freekick which was hit by Aníbal Lima. The crowd rose to their feet as Haroldo Erruki kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Thanasis Koltsidas. That made the score 1-1 in the 45 minute of play.
AEK S.C made a substitution. Nektarios Tsagarakis replaced Sakis Tavlaridis. The wind increased when Oliver Giroud made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to COLLEGNO F.C. getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Kert Vähi hit a great ball. In the 54th match minute, COLLEGNO F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaroslav Michálek to maneuver through the defense. 55 minutes into the match, COLLEGNO F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Alfaro Meo came free, but Xu Zheng Zhou reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, AEK S.C's Donzel Goyeneta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xu Zheng Zhou narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Biagio Sarnelli fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored COLLEGNO F.C.'s protests and gave Biagio Sarnelli a yellow card for diving instead. Biagio Sarnelli kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Jelte Bleiswijk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Xu Zheng Zhou made a huge save. In the 63rd match minute, AEK S.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aníbal Lima to maneuver through the defense. Xu Zheng Zhou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donzel Goyeneta in the 65th minute of play. Xu Zheng Zhou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jelte Bleiswijk, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. If Donzel Goyeneta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jelte Bleiswijk did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-2 to the left of a surprised Xu Zheng Zhou 73 minutes into the match. After 77 minutes COLLEGNO F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alfaro Meo who took care of the corner kick. Rodrigo Hats was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. AEK S.C made a substitution. Thomas Papatrechas replaced João Francisco de Andrade. In the 83rd minute Haroldo Erruki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thanasis Koltsidas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jelte Bleiswijk was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 84th minute. AEK S.C's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Jelte Bleiswijk might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Xu Zheng Zhou. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jelte Bleiswijk ran back to his position shaking his head. Xu Zheng Zhou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jelte Bleiswijk in the 86th minute of play. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind COLLEGNO F.C.'s goalkeeper Xu Zheng Zhou, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 89 minutes had been played when some careless play by COLLEGNO F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alfaro Meo was slow to take the kick. During this time AEK S.C's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on AEK S.C's corner Jelte Bleiswijk fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Xu Zheng Zhou quite easily take care of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Marcelo Winter managed to get in a good position for a shot. AEK S.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcelo Winter was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xu Zheng Zhou breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 97 minutes into the game, AEK S.C's Jelte Bleiswijk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Xu Zheng Zhou made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. The COLLEGNO F.C. supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching AEK S.C's performance. The match ended with a win for AEK S.C.
