The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Guy Durant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 21st minute, Malik Boizard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pepe Argento's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 22ndth minute, Guy Durant skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Ivan Drago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonin Lory in the 27th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Malik Boizard during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 29 played minutes Lyon 69ers got a freekick which was hit by Malik Boizard. Ivan Drago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anatol Hönes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Lost Boys Sports Academy's Pepe Argento slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Guy Durant. That made the score 2-0 after 34 minutes of play. Guy Durant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pepe Argento in the 37th minute. A throw-in in the 39th minute of the game was made by Malik Boizard with Tom Beaune as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Ivan Drago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tom Beaune in the 42nd minute of play. Pepe Argento could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Guy Durant made a huge save. A collision led to Lyon 69ers getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Wendell Borges hit a great ball.

The wind increased when Anatol Hönes made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Pepe Argento cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Guy Durant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Guy Durant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pepe Argento's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pepe Argento in the 60th minute of play forced Lyon 69ers's goalkeeper Guy Durant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute Gerardo Abeitia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Drago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Johan Sellberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guy Durant having to make a save. In the 95th minute, Johan Sellberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guy Durant was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Lost Boys Sports Academy's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
