With a little luck, Despidida AFC's Fernando Selatse got control of the ball when Ramachandramurthy Wucherpfennig tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ezequiel Fresco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emiliano Velasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the match, All Boys 22's goal looked a bit too open when Emiliano Velasco came free, but Ezequiel Fresco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emiliano Velasco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ezequiel Fresco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Velasco in the 32nd minute of play forced All Boys 22's goalkeeper Ezequiel Fresco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Despidida AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Dino Poljanić came free, but Fernando Selatse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dinu Ivănescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kajetan Gdowik kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yngve Uggla was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Emiliano Velasco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Despidida AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emiliano Velasco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 57 minutes into the match, Emiliano Velasco notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of All Boys 22's Ezequiel Fresco. Ezequiel Fresco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Despidida AFC's Alvaro Raymond was substituted for Emiliano Velasco. Ezequiel Fresco was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alvaro Raymond showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 68 minute of play. Fernando Selatse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramachandramurthy Wucherpfennig, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. The audience was convinced that Alvaro Raymond's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ezequiel Fresco was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. After having played for 79 minutes, Alvaro Raymond managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arturo Arano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Despidida AFC's Michael Corleone managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Frank Zappa in the 88 minute of the game. After having played for 95 minutes, Alvaro Raymond managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Despidida AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alvaro Raymond was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
