Niclas Andersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Loco Durazno in the 3rd minute of play. Mats Nyström had several of the Stoke FF's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 3 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Niclas Andersson as he didn't even see the shot coming. Anders Lundqvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcelinho Motta's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. 11 minutes into the game, Ernst Ahlbom threw the ball into play from the sideline. Golden Lions FC's Arne Tönnberg quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. If Mats Nyström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Niclas Andersson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Loco Durazno, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 26 minutes into the match, Stoke FF's goal looked a bit too open when Loco Durazno came free, but Niclas Andersson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute, Golden Lions FC's Loco Durazno dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Golden Lions FC's Anders Lundqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sardar Azmon in the 32nd minute of play. Loco Durazno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Niclas Andersson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Loco Durazno in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Niclas Andersson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sardar Azmon in the 38th minute of play forced Golden Lions FC's goalkeeper Anders Lundqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kent Browall to make the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Golden Lions FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sardar Azmon came free, but Anders Lundqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stoke FF's Pontus Granlund was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Anders Lundqvist in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Anders Lundqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sardar Azmon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Loco Durazno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Niclas Andersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loco Durazno in the 66th minute of the match. Golden Lions FC's İbrahim Efe Topdemir was substituted for Hazım Tuğlu. Golden Lions FC made a substitution. Cosme Larpe replaced Georg Termander. Anders Lundqvist made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Marcelinho Motta sent off a good shot on target. In the 73rd minute, Mats Nyström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Niclas Andersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Burç Tokhan in the 76th minute of play. In the 82nd minute Golden Lions FC were awarded a corner. Arne Tönnberg went to the cornerflag to take it. 87 minutes into the game, Burç Tokhan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Niclas Andersson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Golden Lions FC's Burç Tokhan in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Stoke FF's goalie prevented a goal. 92 minutes into the match, Golden Lions FC's goal looked a bit too open when Per-Oskar Kihlberg came free, but Anders Lundqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Golden Lions FC's Burç Tokhan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Niclas Andersson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Golden Lions FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
