In the 9th match minute, Wargön was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per Söderberg to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 12 minutes, Mikael Liberatore managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wargön's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mikael Liberatore was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikael Liberatore in the 14th minute of play. Marcus Ekrot didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nils-Arne Nilsson went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. When Mikael Liberatore came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Wargön fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mikael Liberatore couldn't finish the play. Sören Tunberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonardo Trancoso in the 19th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Vykans Vikingar's goal looked a bit too open when Mikael Liberatore came free, but Marcus Ekrot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute Wargön were awarded a corner. Bayan Baye went to the cornerflag to take it. A collision led to Vykans Vikingar getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Börje Stål hit a great ball. Marcus Ekrot didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mikael Liberatore went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Sören Tunberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mats Hermansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 33rd minute Mikael Liberatore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Ekrot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sören Tunberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bengt-Arne Haglund in the 34th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Vykans Vikingar's Hílton Souza got a free kick in the 41st minute. Marcus Ekrot stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bayan Baye's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. The wind increased when Mikael Liberatore made the kick off in the second half. Wargön's Mikael Liberatore suffered a sore thigh after 51 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hílton Souza during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Wargön's Ivar Siöberg was substituted for Mikael Liberatore. The crowd rose to their feet as Wargön's Ivar Siöberg slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marcus Ekrot. That made the score 2-3 after 54 minutes of play. In the 95th minute, Artur Buba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Wargön players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
