The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, SJÖARED's goal looked a bit too open when Hílton Souza came free, but Adrian Springfält reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adrian Springfält made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Mutumba in the 8th minute of play. SJÖARED's Adrian Springfält played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mats Hermansson in the 12th minute of play. 18 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Vykans Vikingar's Leonardo Trancoso fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Adrian Springfält took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Mutumba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Vykans Vikingar from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Vykans Vikingar's Hugo Eden got a free kick in the 25th minute. Marcus Ekrot didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kaj Ekegren went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vykans Vikingar's goalkeeper Marcus Ekrot, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 40th minute Kaj Ekegren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Ekrot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaj Ekegren in the 40th minute of play. After 40 played minutes Vykans Vikingar got a freekick which was hit by Hílton Souza. After a rather tough play, Vykans Vikingar's Jose Indalecio got a free kick in the 46th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kaj Ekegren made a kick off. With a little luck, SJÖARED's Adrian Springfält got control of the ball when Jose Indalecio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcus Ekrot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaj Ekegren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adrian Springfält made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Leonardo Trancoso sent off a good shot on target. SJÖARED's defense didn't have a chance, in the 59th minute, when Leonardo Trancoso scored to the left of an out of position Adrian Springfält, making the score, 1-1. SJÖARED's Ola Hansson was substituted for Tim Hellbom. After a defensive mix-up in SJÖARED's zone, Leonardo Trancoso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adrian Springfält came out of the goal and Leonardo Trancoso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adrian Springfält took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hílton Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 78 minutes into the match, SJÖARED's goalkeeper Adrian Springfält had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Martin Mutumba. SJÖARED's Adrian Springfält proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save SJÖARED from getting a goal against them. Vykans Vikingar's Abdi Revis was substituted for Mats Hermansson. Vykans Vikingar's Bengt-Arne Haglund was substituted for Martin Mutumba. Vykans Vikingar's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jose Indalecio in the 84th minute. Hílton Souza kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Roger Bålström took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marcus Ekrot. Vykans Vikingar's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Adrian Springfält made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Leonardo Trancoso sent off a good shot on target. In the 95th match minute, Vykans Vikingar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hílton Souza to maneuver through the defense. The SJÖARED supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Vykans Vikingar's performance. The match ended with a win for Vykans Vikingar.
