Marcus Ekrot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Koča Kafarov in the 3rd minute of play. In the 4th minute of the match DREAM TEAM WORLD got a corner. Vykans Vikingar's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luiz Fabiano Castro ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Luiz Fabiano Castro almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot did a great save. After some careless play in the Vykans Vikingar defense, Koča Kafarov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcus Ekrot. The Vykans Vikingar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcus Ekrot should have stopped the shot. In the 10th minute Mats Hermansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lu Zhen Sheng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute of the match Vykans Vikingar got a corner. DREAM TEAM WORLD's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jose Indalecio ran over to the corner to take the kick. Vykans Vikingar's Jose Indalecio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Lu Zhen Sheng in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by DREAM TEAM WORLD's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jose Indalecio was slow to take the kick. During this time Vykans Vikingar's players had a chance to rest. DREAM TEAM WORLD's Betinho de Queirós managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Fernan Berart in the 15 minute of the game. Marcus Ekrot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koča Kafarov, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Abdi Revis could shoot a difficult shot in the 17th minute, which Lu Zhen Sheng however easily saved by the left post. 20 minutes into the match, DREAM TEAM WORLD's Koča Kafarov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcus Ekrot narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The corner led DREAM TEAM WORLD's Elpidio Curcio to fire away a dangerous shot which Marcus Ekrot despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 27th minute Koča Kafarov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Ekrot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcus Ekrot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koča Kafarov, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 41st minute, Fernan Berart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lu Zhen Sheng made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abdi Revis in the 44th minute. In the 44th match minute, Vykans Vikingar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernan Berart to maneuver through the defense. When Koča Kafarov came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the DREAM TEAM WORLD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Koča Kafarov couldn't finish the play. Fernan Berart hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

Marcus Ekrot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Koča Kafarov in the 52nd minute of play. Betinho de Queirós kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Vykans Vikingar's goalkeeper Marcus Ekrot, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 68 minutes into the match, DREAM TEAM WORLD's goal looked a bit too open when Abdi Revis came free, but Lu Zhen Sheng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute Koča Kafarov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Ekrot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. DREAM TEAM WORLD made a substitution. Ştefan Grigore replaced Koča Kafarov. DREAM TEAM WORLD made a substitution. Zachariasz Psotka replaced Jonathan Otto. DREAM TEAM WORLD's Paulo Jon was substituted for Elpidio Curcio. Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ştefan Grigore in the 80th minute of play. Marcus Ekrot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ştefan Grigore, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 85th minute DREAM TEAM WORLD were awarded a corner. Luiz Fabiano Castro went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on DREAM TEAM WORLD's corner Luiz Fabiano Castro fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marcus Ekrot quite easily take care of the ball. 90 minutes into the match, DREAM TEAM WORLD's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo Trancoso came free, but Lu Zhen Sheng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st minute of the game Fernan Berart made a throw-in which Leonardo Trancoso played forward. The audience was convinced that Ştefan Grigore's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcus Ekrot was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. The DREAM TEAM WORLD players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
