Rahim Niğdeli started the match with the kick off. With 5 minutes on the clock, Isaias Montejo commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 6 played minutes NAGANO F.C got a freekick which was hit by Isaias Montejo. In the 6th minute Stefanos Terzopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vellito Alguerdo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute Willy Reynolds shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vellito Alguerdo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. NAGANO F.C's Vellito Alguerdo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Maftei in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Maftei in the 21st minute of play forced NAGANO F.C's goalkeeper Vellito Alguerdo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 33 played minutes NAGANO F.C got a freekick which was hit by Rahim Niğdeli. Rahim Niğdeli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aguinaga Nebot having to interfere. Vellito Alguerdo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stefanos Terzopoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vellito Alguerdo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Maftei, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Pawel Mietus made in the 44th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Esmeraldas S.C.'s Pinto Cubria. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Damian Maftei to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, NAGANO F.C's Vellito Alguerdo got control of the ball when Willy Reynolds tried to sneak it across the goal line. With his leg Vellito Alguerdo managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Esmeraldas S.C.'s Willy Reynolds fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 57 minutes into the match, NAGANO F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Stefanos Terzopoulos came free, but Vellito Alguerdo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rd minute Rahim Niğdeli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aguinaga Nebot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Esmeraldas S.C. made a substitution. Simon Caicedo replaced Pinto Cubria. 72 minutes into the match, Rahim Niğdeli notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Esmeraldas S.C.'s Aguinaga Nebot. Aguinaga Nebot was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 2-0 came in the 84th minute when Pawel Mietus all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Aguinaga Nebot. Aguinaga Nebot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rahim Niğdeli in the 91st minute of play. Rahim Niğdeli took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aguinaga Nebot. Aguinaga Nebot dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. NAGANO F.C had won after a very even match.
