In the 6th minute Marco van Nistelrooij shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sándor Koós saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amado Gamus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernt Collin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Calleri blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amado Gamus having to make a save. Sándor Koós took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fermin Precioso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sándor Koós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Artaldo in the 11th minute of the match. Jonathan Calleri's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Amado Gamus firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 15th minute, Fermin Precioso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sándor Koós was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Amado Gamus made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Jonathan Calleri sent off a good shot on target. In the 34th minute Clodoveo Feliz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amado Gamus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Arthur Morgan´s Club's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Artaldo came free, but Sándor Koós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Caricancha's Amado Gamus proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Caricancha from getting a goal against them. Jonathan Calleri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Amado Gamus made a huge save. Arthur Morgan´s Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Celestino Ruy in the 40th minute. Ivo Projkov hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Caricancha's Cosmas Simbolon couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 47th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Arthur Morgan´s Club. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jonathan Calleri to make the kick off. Amado Gamus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximino Vela, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Cosmas Simbolon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sándor Koós having to interfere. After 92 minutes Arthur Morgan´s Club's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cosmas Simbolon who took care of the corner kick. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Caricancha had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
