The supporters of LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP booed when Caricancha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cosmas Simbolon didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Dalmacio Turi came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dalmacio Turi couldn't finish the play. 20 minutes into the match, Freddy Bernard had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amado Gamus. Caricancha's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Freddy Bernard was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Caricancha's Amado Gamus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddy Bernard in the 26th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mustafa Birol Yavuzcan got free with Amado Gamus in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Freddy Bernard received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Amado Gamus came out and tried to block the shot, but Freddy Bernard slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 32nd minute. Amado Gamus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddy Bernard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 38 minutes into the match, Caricancha's goal looked a bit too open when Freddy Bernard came free, but Amado Gamus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mustafa Birol Yavuzcan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmacio Turi in the 62nd minute of play forced Caricancha's goalkeeper Amado Gamus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Cosmas Simbolon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caricancha's supporters rose to their feet, but Cosmas Simbolon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Damian Ur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Caricancha made a substitution. Muni Forró replaced Marco van Nistelrooij. 77 minutes into the match, Caricancha's goal looked a bit too open when Freddy Bernard came free, but Amado Gamus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute Dalmacio Turi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amado Gamus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Godfredo Bidun made in the 83rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Ramiro Tano immediately put the ball in play.
