Ahmet Refik Ülgü blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Albérico Bernardes having to make a save. Albérico Bernardes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Refik Ülgü in the 7th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Ahmet Refik Ülgü notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of VN Ultra Spartak's Albérico Bernardes. Albérico Bernardes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Georgi Velinov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hamílton Tinoco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Téo Vieira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Albérico Bernardes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kamil Sungur in the 20th minute of play forced FC CSKA's goalkeeper Georgi Velinov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Georgi Vangelov kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 29th minute Hamílton Tinoco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Georgi Velinov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC CSKA's Georgi Velinov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save FC CSKA from getting a goal against them. VN Ultra Spartak's Albérico Bernardes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Refik Ülgü in the 32nd minute of play. Kamil Sungur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Georgi Velinov having to interfere. Albérico Bernardes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Refik Ülgü in the 38th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Kamil Sungur managed to get in a good position for a shot. VN Ultra Spartak's supporters rose to their feet, but Kamil Sungur was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Georgi Velinov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Refik Ülgü in the 46th minute of play forced VN Ultra Spartak's goalkeeper Albérico Bernardes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Albérico Bernardes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnulfo Roderigo went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnulfo Roderigo in the 89th minute of play forced VN Ultra Spartak's goalkeeper Albérico Bernardes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC CSKA walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
