Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sabin Comșa kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Tiberiu Caramarin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Filip Ivănescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. With a little luck, Fălciu's Filip Ivănescu got control of the ball when Tiberiu Caramarin tried to sneak it across the goal line. 9 minutes in the game Nicodim Orășan got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. 11 minutes into the match, Fălciu's goal looked a bit too open when Tiberiu Caramarin came free, but Filip Ivănescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Calistrat Madgearu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marian Pascaru in the 13th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Mihăiţă Ilarie managed to get in a good position for a shot. MIT's supporters rose to their feet, but Mihăiţă Ilarie was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Filip Ivănescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Fălciu booed when MIT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florin Seremet didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sabin Comșa in the 23rd minute of play forced MIT's goalkeeper Calistrat Madgearu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiberiu Caramarin in the 26th minute of play forced Fălciu's goalkeeper Filip Ivănescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Florin Seremet's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Filip Ivănescu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Florin Seremet notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Fălciu's Filip Ivănescu. Filip Ivănescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 31st minute Tiberiu Caramarin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filip Ivănescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cătălin Caranică in the 34th minute of play forced MIT's goalkeeper Calistrat Madgearu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fălciu's Filip Ivănescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiberiu Caramarin in the 41st minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Fălciu made a substitution. Maxim Zbârnea replaced Codruț Ababei. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tiberiu Caramarin to make the kick off. Filip Ivănescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tiberiu Caramarin's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Fălciu's Filip Ivănescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiberiu Caramarin in the 60th minute of play. A collision led to Fălciu getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Marian Pascaru hit a great ball. Filip Ivănescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiberiu Caramarin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tiberiu Caramarin might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Filip Ivănescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tiberiu Caramarin ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tiberiu Caramarin in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Filip Ivănescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vasile Cârnațiu kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Fălciu's goal looked a bit too open when Tiberiu Caramarin came free, but Filip Ivănescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filip Ivănescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiberiu Caramarin in the 86th minute of play. After 88 minutes Fălciu's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bogdan Bucataru who took care of the corner kick. Fălciu's Filip Ivănescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiberiu Caramarin in the 90th minute of play. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Fălciu's goalkeeper Filip Ivănescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 94th minute MIT were awarded a corner. Bogdan Bucataru went to the cornerflag to take it. MIT were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Fălciu for a fine match.
