Agustin Orion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hermengildo Criston in the 19th minute of the match. After having played for 29 minutes, Benedito Fiúza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Llavallol FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benedito Fiúza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 33 minutes into the match, Llavallol FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fausto Sotil came free, but Agustin Orion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Percy Medeiros could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Oto Ööpik made a huge save. 35 minutes into the match, Benedito Fiúza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oto Ööpik. DHD SRL's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benedito Fiúza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Dante Marino received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Oto Ööpik came out and tried to block the shot, but Dante Marino slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 38th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Percy Medeiros to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaac Cordero in the 54th minute of play forced DHD SRL's goalkeeper Oto Ööpik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Llavallol FC's goalkeeper Agustin Orion had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felipe Cucao. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felipe Cucao in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Agustin Orion saved Llavallol FC from getting behind. Llavallol FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
