The corner was taken by Hector Fero in the 4th minute. The corner ended in Hector Fero almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but DHD SRL's Oto Ööpik did a great save. Guillerme Villafane struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Raul Lipp didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DHD SRL. In the 15thth minute of the game Benicio Otoniel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DHD SRL's Oto Ööpik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 19th minute Felipe Cucao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raul Lipp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th match minute, Ñacuñán AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erasmo Iraunkor to maneuver through the defense. Raul Lipp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Sotil in the 24th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zhao Chen Feng in the 27th minute of play forced Ñacuñán AC's goalkeeper Raul Lipp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oto Ööpik was a little too slow when Benicio Otoniel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 1-1. Zhao Chen Feng took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Raul Lipp. Raul Lipp dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The supporters of DHD SRL booed when Ñacuñán AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Hernando didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half DHD SRL were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Felipe Cucao made the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the game, Elpidio Ekain cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Oto Ööpik was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Fausto Sotil came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the DHD SRL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fausto Sotil couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Ñacuñán AC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Santos Cayo hit a great ball. In the 73rd match minute, Ñacuñán AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Astor Guib to maneuver through the defense. 74 minutes into the match, Ñacuñán AC's goalkeeper Raul Lipp had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felipe Cucao. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ñacuñán AC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Guillerme Villafane was slow to take the kick. During this time DHD SRL's players had a chance to rest. The corner led DHD SRL's Guillerme Villafane to fire away a dangerous shot which Raul Lipp despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After having played for 81 minutes, Elpidio Ekain managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ñacuñán AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elpidio Ekain was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Santos Cayo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oto Ööpik stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elpidio Ekain's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elpidio Ekain in the 97th minute of play forced DHD SRL's goalkeeper Oto Ööpik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
