Jabones Tocadores's Ladislao Bartoleme managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Erasmo Pudes in the 4 minute of the game. Orlando Mena's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gilberto Dacio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. In the 4th minute, Orlando Mena made a precise shot to the right of Gilberto Dacio. Itacaruaré FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. If Orlando Mena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gilberto Dacio came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Jabones Tocadores's Orlando Mena. But to his dismay, Orlando Mena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 14 minutes into the game, Orlando Mena was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jabones Tocadores's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Itacaruaré FC the free kick. After 14 played minutes Jabones Tocadores got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Mena. 16 minutes into the match, Jabones Tocadores's goal looked a bit too open when Candido Platon came free, but Romulo Montrelle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Orlando Mena had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gilberto Dacio. Itacaruaré FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Orlando Mena was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. After 21 minutes, Marciano Garcia made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Jabones Tocadores's Romulo Montrelle tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 26th minute, Marciano Garcia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Romulo Montrelle was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erasmo Pudes during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 28th match minute, Itacaruaré FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erasmo Pudes to maneuver through the defense. In the 30th minute Orlando Mena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilberto Dacio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute, Ladislao Bartoleme got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jabones Tocadores's Romulo Montrelle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eriberto Ledesma in the 41st minute of play. Romulo Montrelle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Candido Platon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vicente Saturnin kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marciano Garcia was the one to do the kick off. In the 71st match minute, Jabones Tocadores was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Everardo Lluciano to maneuver through the defense. After 72 played minutes, Itacaruaré FC's Laureano Kemen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Romulo Montrelle came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Itacaruaré FC reached it. The supporters of Itacaruaré FC booed when Jabones Tocadores was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adam Bareiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Romulo Montrelle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marciano Garcia in the 76th minute of play. Gilberto Dacio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Orlando Mena went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-2 was the resulting score. Orlando Mena blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gilberto Dacio having to make a save. 84 minutes into the match, Itacaruaré FC's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Mena came free, but Gilberto Dacio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Candido Platon got free with Romulo Montrelle in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Candido Platon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Romulo Montrelle made a huge save. Jabones Tocadores's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
