Romulo Montrelle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adolfo Blanco, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Orlando Mena took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Rodolfo Anaya to make any attempt to save it. In the 14th minute, Jabones Tocadores's Orlando Mena dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Rodolfo Anaya was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Orlando Mena capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Orlando Mena really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. Romulo Montrelle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mattin Solbeida, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Orlando Mena's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rodolfo Anaya read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Tacheros OFF's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Orlando Mena 22 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 4-1. Jabones Tocadores's Romulo Montrelle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mattin Solbeida in the 27th minute of play. Romulo Montrelle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matias Iztal in the 33rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias Iztal in the 33rd minute of play forced Jabones Tocadores's goalkeeper Romulo Montrelle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute, Jabones Tocadores's Orlando Mena ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rodolfo Anaya. Rodolfo Anaya yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-1. Jabones Tocadores's Romulo Montrelle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mattin Solbeida in the 38th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Jabones Tocadores's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Najarro came free, but Romulo Montrelle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodolfo Anaya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orlando Mena, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Romulo Montrelle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adolfo Blanco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Mattin Solbeida, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 43 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Romulo Montrelle was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Christian Najarro to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Jan-Ove Tunander was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tacheros OFF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jabones Tocadores the free kick. The supporters of Jabones Tocadores booed when Tacheros OFF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Ove Tunander didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Tacheros OFF getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Rolando Guilabertus hit a great ball. Romulo Montrelle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matias Iztal in the 59th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Ladislao Bartoleme managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jabones Tocadores's supporters rose to their feet, but Ladislao Bartoleme was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodolfo Anaya breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jabones Tocadores's Romulo Montrelle proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Jabones Tocadores from getting a goal against them. Orlando Mena's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rodolfo Anaya read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Rodolfo Anaya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Mena in the 76th minute of play. Everardo Lluciano kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Jabones Tocadores's Rigoberto Eliazar was substituted for Everardo Lluciano. After 84 played minutes, Tacheros OFF's Jan-Ove Tunander shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Romulo Montrelle came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tacheros OFF reached it. In the 87th minute, Orlando Mena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jabones Tocadores's Romulo Montrelle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adolfo Blanco in the 89th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Jabones Tocadores's goalkeeper Romulo Montrelle had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christian Najarro. Rodolfo Anaya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlando Mena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th match minute, Tacheros OFF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejandro Nicholas to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew the final whistle, Jabones Tocadores could leave the field as winners, despite Tacheros OFF having more of the ball for most of the match.
