The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Teo Fidensio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Quilaquina AFC defense, Teo Fidensio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Baldomiro Cibran. The Quilaquina AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Baldomiro Cibran should have stopped the shot. Jairo Astudillo's late challenge caught a Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jairo Astudillo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th match minute, Quilaquina AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jairo Astudillo to maneuver through the defense. Feliberto Pitin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 16th minute Marcel Dinescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rudolf Meulman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th minute Rigoberto Inguma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomiro Cibran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 20 played minutes Olimpo de Bahia Blanca got a freekick which was hit by 齐斐弘. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teo Fidensio in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baldomiro Cibran prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 30 minutes into the match, Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's Teo Fidensio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Baldomiro Cibran narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Quilaquina AFC's Baldomiro Cibran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teo Fidensio in the 35th minute of play. If Leonel Semeno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's Bruno Belarmo got a free kick in the 40th minute. The supporters of Quilaquina AFC booed when Olimpo de Bahia Blanca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmund Tomiczek didn't get a good kick on the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Quilaquina AFC's Leonel Semeno sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rudolf Meulman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Olimpo de Bahia Blanca booed when Quilaquina AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonel Semeno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's Zé Tola was substituted for Teo Fidensio. Leonel Semeno hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match.

Baldomiro Cibran was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Zé Tola showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 53 minute of play. Rudolf Meulman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliberto Pitin in the 60th minute of the match. Zé Tola who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 69thth minute tested the skills of Baldomiro Cibran when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 72nd minute, Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's Zé Tola ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Baldomiro Cibran. Baldomiro Cibran yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. 77 minutes into the match, Quilaquina AFC's goalkeeper Baldomiro Cibran had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zé Tola. Baldomiro Cibran didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edmund Tomiczek went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Quilaquina AFC's Baldomiro Cibran got control of the ball when Zé Tola tried to sneak it across the goal line. Baldomiro Cibran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Tola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jairo Astudillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Quilaquina AFC's Bernardo Umbruso got a free kick in the 92nd minute. In the 97th match minute, Quilaquina AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Vigil to maneuver through the defense. Carmelo Gorka was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 97th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Olimpo de Bahia Blanca played a much better game than Quilaquina AFC and deserved their victory. The Quilaquina AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
