Fang Lang Mos short, quick shot in the 21stth minute got Ciriaco Macias to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 24 minutes into the game, Remigio Feliu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Talleres de Escalada's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A.Independiente the free kick. After 23 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Talleres de Escalada! In the 30th minute Thibault Moon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciriaco Macias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Cristo Basajaun managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A.Independiente's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristo Basajaun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Serafin Bernal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cristo Basajaun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Serafin Bernal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Øyvind Rovik in the 69th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Heigo Luiga in the 70th minute of play forced Talleres de Escalada's goalkeeper Serafin Bernal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to C.A.Independiente getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Heigo Luiga hit a great ball. After 75 minutes C.A.Independiente's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Thibault Moon who took care of the corner kick. Talleres de Escalada's Miran Moco got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 80 minutes into the match, Heigo Luiga notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Talleres de Escalada's Serafin Bernal. Serafin Bernal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Talleres de Escalada's Serafin Bernal got control of the ball when Cristo Basajaun tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 87 played minutes Talleres de Escalada got a freekick which was hit by Jonny Saran.
