The supporters of The Waldos booed when Cóndor Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavio Galeno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Evaristo Sabino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Pagomari, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cóndor Football Club's goalkeeper Evaristo Sabino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The corner ended in Ramiro Galoer almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but The Waldos's David Dewulf did a great save. Evaristo Sabino made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Kazimierz Madajczyk sent off a good shot on target. David Dewulf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fermin Gelmiro in the 23rd minute of play. David Dewulf took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Platon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marin Ştefănescu in the 31st minute of play forced Cóndor Football Club's goalkeeper Evaristo Sabino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Felix Platon was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute of the match, Fermin Gelmiro tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but David Dewulf saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 55th minute, Evandro Ortiz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The The Waldos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. After 60 played minutes Cóndor Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Ramiro Galoer. Evaristo Sabino was left in no man's land by his defense there! Prudencio Isias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Evaristo Sabino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Waldos's Justo Martino was substituted for Kostas Milonas. Cóndor Football Club's Evaristo Sabino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marin Ştefănescu in the 94th minute of play.
