Agustin Distiratsu hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. In the 3rd minute, Lino Rios ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Dewulf was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Prudencio Isias's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roberto Eztebe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Lino Rios struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. David Dewulf didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AFC FUSION. 16 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's goalkeeper Roberto Eztebe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Prudencio Isias. 18 minutes into the match, Lino Rios had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of David Dewulf. The Waldos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lino Rios was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The Waldos's David Dewulf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Rios in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Lino Rios ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Dewulf was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 26th minute, Jan Hop got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 30 played minutes AFC FUSION got a freekick which was hit by Jonatan Maidana. In the 32nd minute, Lino Rios made a precise shot to the right of David Dewulf. The Waldos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. The Waldos's David Dewulf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Rios in the 37th minute of play. AFC FUSION were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after The Waldos's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dawid Beckham took the corner. 41 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's goalkeeper Roberto Eztebe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Prudencio Isias. In the 44th minute AFC FUSION were awarded a corner. Dawid Beckham went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Paul Vase almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but The Waldos's David Dewulf did a great save. After the first half AFC FUSION were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lino Rios to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Lázaro Bonadona was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Waldos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AFC FUSION the free kick. After a rather tough play, The Waldos's Alvaro Pagomari got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 61st minute Dawid Beckham shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Dewulf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evandro Ortiz hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lino Rios in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck David Dewulf prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Waldos made a substitution. Fidel Erdiano replaced Kostas Milonas. AFC FUSION's attentive Wojciech Fiszer managed to snatch the ball when Alvaro Pagomari made a throw-in in the 68th minute of the game. Christoff Stocks took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised David Dewulf. David Dewulf dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. The Waldos made a substitution. Leandro Millrick replaced Marin Ştefănescu. The Waldos's Justo Martino was substituted for 唐崇适. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Christoff Stocks in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg David Dewulf saved The Waldos from getting behind. Prudencio Isias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Christoff Stocks received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. David Dewulf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute Prudencio Isias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Eztebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched AFC FUSION eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
