The Encarale a la gordita fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Encarale a la gordita's Pedrinho Falconetti looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 21st minute, Osvaldo Mendebal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd minute, Forever Tango's Paolo Péron ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Shao Shu Lang. Shao Shu Lang yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. 27 minutes into the match, Ildefonso Bernabel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Juan Giraldo. Forever Tango's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ildefonso Bernabel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by 武光星 in the 30th minute of play forced Forever Tango's goalkeeper Juan Giraldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Encarale a la gordita's Ildefonso Bernabel got a free kick in the 31st minute. 33 minutes into the match, 武光星 notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Forever Tango's Juan Giraldo. Juan Giraldo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Juan Giraldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedrinho Falconetti in the 42nd minute of the match. Omar Santo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Shao Shu Lang made a huge save. With a little luck, Encarale a la gordita's Shao Shu Lang got control of the ball when Omar Santo tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Encarale a la gordita getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Emanuel Katia hit a great ball. In the 46th minute, Paolo Péron left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Forever Tango fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. Disappointed in the 2-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Encarale a la gordita made a substitution. Jurand Sienkowski replaced 武光星. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jurand Sienkowski was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute Jurand Sienkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Giraldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Forever Tango's Cui Zheng got a free kick in the 56th minute. Juan Giraldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jurand Sienkowski in the 60th minute of play. After 60 minutes of play, Encarale a la gordita's Jurand Sienkowski made it 2-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juan Giraldo was left in no man's land by his defense there! 64 minutes into the game, Pedrinho Falconetti cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-6. Juan Giraldo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Juan Giraldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jurand Sienkowski in the 67th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jurand Sienkowski in the 67th minute of play forced Forever Tango's goalkeeper Juan Giraldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Forever Tango's Juan Giraldo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Forever Tango from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedrinho Falconetti got free with Juan Giraldo in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 72 minutes into the match, Forever Tango's goal looked a bit too open when Jurand Sienkowski came free, but Juan Giraldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 73 minutes had been played when some careless play by Forever Tango's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Miromir Pieknik was slow to take the kick. During this time Encarale a la gordita's players had a chance to rest. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Herman Lindholm got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 2-7. 74 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute of the match, Pedrinho Falconetti got a very nice opportunity to score, but Juan Giraldo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 79th minute Encarale a la gordita were awarded a corner. Miromir Pieknik went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Herman Lindholm almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Forever Tango's Juan Giraldo did a great save. Jurand Sienkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Giraldo having to interfere. Herman Lindholm came free with the goalkeeper in the 87th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Juan Giraldo could save by the left post. Juan Giraldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herman Lindholm, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Juan Giraldo came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Encarale a la gordita's Jurand Sienkowski. But to his dismay, Jurand Sienkowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-9.
