The supporters of BK Gubbhöft booed when Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hjalmar Sjöö didn't get a good kick on the ball. A throw-in in the 11th minute of the game was made by Guld Run with Máté Gulyás as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Guld Run made in the 17th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Mike Tyson immediately put the ball in play. BK Gubbhöft's Isaac Jonasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernt Offendahl in the 20th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, BK Gubbhöft's goal looked a bit too open when Radomil Michnik came free, but Isaac Jonasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's Guld Run got a free kick in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ove Salkvist in the 24th minute of play forced Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's goalkeeper Aurel Crivoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aurel Crivoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ove Salkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aurel Crivoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ove Salkvist in the 30th minute of the match. 33 minutes into the game, Ove Salkvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Aurel Crivoi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 36 minutes into the match, Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's goalkeeper Aurel Crivoi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sten Hydén. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ove Salkvist made a kick off. 57 minutes into the match, BK Gubbhöft's goalkeeper Isaac Jonasson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hector Hugo. BK Gubbhöft's Jonas Ahlin was substituted for Ove Salkvist. 70 minutes into the game, Ciro Incendio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BK Gubbhöft's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK the free kick. Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's Paul Hermansson was substituted for Hector Hugo. In the 71st match minute, BK Gubbhöft was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciro Incendio to maneuver through the defense. Paul Hermansson might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Isaac Jonasson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paul Hermansson ran back to his position shaking his head.
