Loco Durazno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaac Jonasson having to interfere. Anders Lundqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ove Salkvist in the 13th minute of play. Anders Lundqvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ove Salkvist went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, BK Gubbhöft's Olle Björn got a free kick in the 26th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Loco Durazno in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isaac Jonasson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 31st minute, Ove Salkvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BK Gubbhöft fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 36th minute Ove Salkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anders Lundqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the game, Ove Salkvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Anders Lundqvist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ciro Incendio hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. A collision led to Golden Lions FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Igor Dzierwa hit a great ball. In the 47th minute, Simone Panetti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Loco Durazno stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 58 played minutes Golden Lions FC got a freekick which was hit by Igor Dzierwa. BK Gubbhöft made a substitution. Jonas Ahlin replaced Ove Salkvist. Igor Dzierwa hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Golden Lions FC's İbrahim Efe Topdemir was substituted for Marcelo Steven. Golden Lions FC made a substitution. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fidel Veronica got free with Anders Lundqvist in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. BK Gubbhöft's Isaac Jonasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mats Nyström in the 77th minute of play. The supporters of BK Gubbhöft booed when Golden Lions FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bebben Johansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Burç Tokhan took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isaac Jonasson. Isaac Jonasson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. In the 86th minute of the match Golden Lions FC got a corner. BK Gubbhöft's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. İbrahim Efe Topdemir ran over to the corner to take the kick. Isaac Jonasson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bebben Johansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Anders Lundqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fidel Veronica in the 93rd minute of play. After 93 played minutes Golden Lions FC got a freekick which was hit by Björn Björkqvist. 95 minutes into the match, Mats Nyström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Isaac Jonasson. BK Gubbhöft's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mats Nyström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched BK Gubbhöft eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
