Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ambrosio Lonzo kicked off to start the match. 6 minutes into the match, Discípulos de Ayn Rand's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Funes came free, but Manos Manteca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boğaçhan Akyel in the 7th minute of play forced Discípulos de Ayn Rand's goalkeeper Manos Manteca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manos Manteca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector Enrique in the 10th minute of the match. Discípulos de Ayn Rand's Manos Manteca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Argoitz Abeijon in the 15th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Funes in the 17th minute of play forced Discípulos de Ayn Rand's goalkeeper Manos Manteca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of River CBBA booed when Discípulos de Ayn Rand was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicodemo Abeita didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 20 played minutes, River CBBA's Sergio Batista shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Manos Manteca came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in River CBBA reached it. Marcelo Barovero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ambrosio Lonzo in the 21st minute. Discípulos de Ayn Rand's Manos Manteca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Funes in the 26th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, River CBBA's goalkeeper Marcelo Barovero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ambrosio Lonzo. Boğaçhan Akyel scored 0-1 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Manos Manteca, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 32 played minutes Discípulos de Ayn Rand got a freekick which was hit by Ambrosio Lonzo. 36 minutes into the match, Discípulos de Ayn Rand's goal looked a bit too open when Boğaçhan Akyel came free, but Manos Manteca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute Argoitz Abeijon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manos Manteca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Octavio Geleberto got free with Marcelo Barovero in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcelo Barovero was a little too slow when Octavio Geleberto got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 48th minute. The score was now 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Argoitz Abeijon made the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Discípulos de Ayn Rand got a freekick which was hit by Nicodemo Abeita. Discípulos de Ayn Rand's Manos Manteca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Funes in the 54th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Discípulos de Ayn Rand's Gunnar Deisler got a free kick in the 54th minute. Manos Manteca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Funes in the 57th minute of play. With a little luck, Discípulos de Ayn Rand's Manos Manteca got control of the ball when Juan Funes tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 63 played minutes River CBBA got a freekick which was hit by Sergio Batista. River CBBA's Ponciano Abarca was substituted for Juan Funes. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Discípulos de Ayn Rand's goalkeeper Manos Manteca, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 67 minutes into the game, River CBBA's Ponciano Abarca nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Manos Manteca made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Ponciano Abarca's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Manos Manteca read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. River CBBA's Varis Birgelis was substituted for Hector Enrique. In the 78th minute River CBBA were awarded a corner. Sergio Batista went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on River CBBA's corner Sergio Batista fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Manos Manteca quite easily take care of the ball. In the 81st play minute Ponciano Abarca came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Manos Manteca. 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arlindo Sampaio in the 88th minute of play forced River CBBA's goalkeeper Marcelo Barovero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jerold Abel hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 92nd minute, Denis Abello left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Discípulos de Ayn Rand fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. The River CBBA supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing River CBBA would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
