A collision led to Escuadrón Mercenario getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Ramiro Messias hit a great ball. It was a well-played corner which Adrio Abeijon managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 11 minutes into the match, Escuadrón Mercenario's Estevon Abancens sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Augusto Vergílio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lamento Boliviano's Augusto Vergílio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramiro Messias in the 12th minute of play. After 18 played minutes Lamento Boliviano got a freekick which was hit by Remigio Batista. In the 19th minute of the match Cléberson Couto shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Augusto Vergílio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Augusto Vergílio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ramiro Messias showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 20 minute of play. Augusto Vergílio made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Ramiro Messias sent off a good shot on target. Zsolt Molnár received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Nando Toscano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Estevon Abancens to make the kick off. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Estevon Abancens sped through Lamento Boliviano's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Augusto Vergílio. 56 minutes into the game, Enrique Abeijon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Augusto Vergílio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Augusto Vergílio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Pedro Medeiros in the 61st minute of the match. Augusto Vergílio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramiro Messias, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Enrique Abeijon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Vergílio having to interfere. 85 minutes into the match, Lamento Boliviano's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Pedro Medeiros came free, but Augusto Vergílio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute Estevon Abancens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Vergílio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Lamento Boliviano's Wasyl Karanewski got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Escuadrón Mercenario were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
