The Galácticos del Pueblo fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when Galácticos del Pueblo's Fabian Urdaspal looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Elias Romo's late challenge caught a Galácticos del Pueblo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elias Romo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 11th minute, Elias Romo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Galácticos del Pueblo's Roch Roman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melquiades Beila in the 13th minute of play. When Caner Bahçıvan came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Galácticos del Pueblo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Caner Bahçıvan couldn't finish the play. If Baltasar Ferman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Fabian Urdaspal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Galácticos del Pueblo's Fabian Urdaspal in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Terapia Intensiva's goalie prevented a goal. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Terapia Intensiva's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Matteo Gillis was slow to take the kick. During this time Galácticos del Pueblo's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Galácticos del Pueblo's corner Matteo Gillis fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Otoniel Bonet quite easily take care of the ball. Otoniel Bonet stood somewhat misplaced when Fabian Urdaspal came free in front of goal and shot 2-1 to the left of him in the 29 minute. Galácticos del Pueblo's attentive Guilherme Freitas managed to snatch the ball when Elias Romo made a throw-in in the 31st minute of the game. Fabian Urdaspal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Otoniel Bonet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chuck Hammons made in the 36th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Lorenzo Fernanco immediately put the ball in play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Urdaspal in the 41st minute of play forced Terapia Intensiva's goalkeeper Otoniel Bonet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute, Fabian Urdaspal reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Otoniel Bonet. The goal made the score 3-1. After 47 played minutes Terapia Intensiva got a freekick which was hit by Luis Nafarroa. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ivo Calado made a kick off. After 54 minutes of play, Galácticos del Pueblo's Fabian Urdaspal made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Otoniel Bonet was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fabian Urdaspal might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Otoniel Bonet. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabian Urdaspal ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee felt a red card was in order, 64 minutes into the game, when Luis Nafarroa put in a rough tackle. The referee gave Galácticos del Pueblo a penalty, 66 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Matteo Gillis, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Terapia Intensiva's Otoniel Bonet. 5-1. Galácticos del Pueblo made a substitution. Timoteo Roldanillo replaced Caner Bahçıvan. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Ernesto Tab put it in 6-1 from a short distance just to the right of Otoniel Bonet. Otoniel Bonet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Tab in the 77th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Terapia Intensiva's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Tab came free, but Otoniel Bonet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Seyhun Erdönmez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Otoniel Bonet having to interfere. Otoniel Bonet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Tab in the 86th minute of play. Otoniel Bonet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ernesto Tab's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Timoteo Roldanillo might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Otoniel Bonet. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Timoteo Roldanillo ran back to his position shaking his head. 92 minutes into the game, Galácticos del Pueblo's Ernesto Tab nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Otoniel Bonet made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Tab in the 92nd minute of play forced Terapia Intensiva's goalkeeper Otoniel Bonet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 97 minutes into the match, Ernesto Tab notched a goal, 8-1, to the right of Terapia Intensiva's Otoniel Bonet. Otoniel Bonet was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
