Through an outstanding action, after 8 minutes, Constantin Potocianu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 16th minute Mapovihesa FC were awarded a corner. Kálmán Pádár went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Kent Saka heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Oreste-Osmar Corbatta during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Teodosio Ascencio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Constantin Potocianu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Kálmán Pádár made a great header on Mapovihesa FC's corner, it was just that Deportivo Messina's Yuriy Babushkin managed to reach the ball for a save. After 69 minutes, Alvaro Perfecto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deportivo Messina and the Mapovihesa FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Despite this Yuriy Babushkin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Usain Bolt had several of the Deportivo Messina's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 72 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed Yuriy Babushkin as he didn't even see the shot coming. Yuriy Babushkin made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Raimundo Erramu sent off a good shot on target. Yuriy Babushkin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Usain Bolt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 85 minutes into the match, Deportivo Messina's goal looked a bit too open when Usain Bolt came free, but Yuriy Babushkin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yuriy Babushkin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Usain Bolt showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 89 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Usain Bolt in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yuriy Babushkin saved Deportivo Messina from getting behind. After 92 played minutes Deportivo Messina got a freekick which was hit by Luis Cordario. Mapovihesa FC's Celedonio Harri was substituted for Usain Bolt. In the 93rd minute, Luis Cordario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Mapovihesa FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
