The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ladislao Erramu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Anacleto Horado made a huge save. 6 minutes into the game, one of Los Gallos:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Los Gallos:s Anacleto Horado showed great skill when he stopped Marek Torm:s penalty. In the 18th minute of the game Armando Porro made a throw-in which Vladimiro Jerold played forward. Paolo-César Maldini hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. After 34 minutes Los Gallos's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marek Torm who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Vikingos FC's corner Marek Torm fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Anacleto Horado quite easily take care of the ball. Ladislao Erramu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Anacleto Horado made a huge save. 46 minutes into the game, Vladimiro Jerold was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Gallos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vikingos FC the free kick. A collision led to Los Gallos getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Vladimiro Jerold hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ladislao Erramu made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Los Gallos's goal looked a bit too open when Ladislao Erramu came free, but Anacleto Horado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Los Gallos's Anacleto Horado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ladislao Erramu in the 56th minute of play. In the 60th minute Ladislao Erramu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anacleto Horado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Los Gallos's Eder Sarro got a free kick in the 65th minute. Anacleto Horado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ladislao Erramu, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Vikingos FC's Sebastián Sosa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Vikingos FC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Los Gallos's Eder Sarro got a free kick in the 75th minute. After 76 played minutes Los Gallos got a freekick which was hit by Eder Sarro. Muni Cero kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Vikingos FC's Luciano Lleir was substituted for Roque Vito. Muni Cero hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Anacleto Horado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vladimiro Lauro in the 84th minute of play. But to his dismay, Vladimiro Lauro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0.
