In the 20th minute, Long Feng hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jorrin Briones scored 0-2 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Federico Kalinowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. ACF Fiorentina's Federico Kalinowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorrin Briones in the 24th minute of play. When Maximino Cabezon came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the ACF Fiorentina fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximino Cabezon couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximino Cabezon in the 44th minute of play forced Rapsodas Red Devils FC's goalkeeper Ferenc Tököli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Albert Camus fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rapsodas Red Devils FC's protests and gave Albert Camus a yellow card for diving instead. In the 45th minute, Albert Camus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

In the 52nd match minute, Rapsodas Red Devils FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albert Camus to maneuver through the defense. Ferenc Tököli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saturnino Michael, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 87th minute, Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Marcus Olsson seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Marcus Olsson the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Rapsodas Red Devils FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Marcus Olsson had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 86 minutes into the game, one of Rapsodas Red Devils FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Jerrold Taranco got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ferenc Tököli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bengt-Rune Fastesson in the 93rd minute of the match.
