An unexpectedly hard shot by Janusz Teofila in the 26th minute of play forced Talleres de Escalada's goalkeeper Serafin Bernal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27thth minute of the game Janusz Teofila who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Talleres de Escalada's Serafin Bernal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 27th minute, Xepe Godan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Natalio Gagriel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Joel Cristofor made a huge save. Hugo Gonzáles might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Serafin Bernal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hugo Gonzáles ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 45th minute, Hugo Gonzáles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Xepe Godan was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Natalio Gagriel in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joel Cristofor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Janusz Teofila recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedro Llope got free with Serafin Bernal in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcos Acuña sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th minute, Fang Lang Mo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Talleres de Escalada fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0.
