Lucio Otsando ran over to the corner to take the kick. Astillero del Guayas's Nacho González played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Csongor Tímár in the 8th minute of play. After 9 played minutes FrenaHayBache got a freekick which was hit by Nacho Andolini. When FrenaHayBache's Csongor Tímár in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Astillero del Guayas's goalie prevented a goal. Damián Martínez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xaiver Ascarretazabal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nacho González showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Sobczyk in the 16th minute of the match. Nacho González stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Csongor Tímár's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. FrenaHayBache's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lucio Otsando in the 20th minute. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Alex Sobczyk put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Nacho González. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Alex Sobczyk managed to get in a good position for a shot. FrenaHayBache's supporters rose to their feet, but Alex Sobczyk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nacho González breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Damián Martínez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulizes Sola in the 51st minute of the match. FrenaHayBache's Alex Sobczyk got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Xaiver Ascarretazabal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nacho González made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Alex Sobczyk sent off a good shot on target. 64 minutes into the match, FrenaHayBache's goal looked a bit too open when Zarando Eguizabal came free, but Damián Martínez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Csongor Tímár did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-3 to the left of a surprised Nacho González 67 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Alex Sobczyk took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Nacho González to make any attempt to save it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ulizes Sola in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Damián Martínez saved FrenaHayBache from getting behind. In the 75th match minute, Astillero del Guayas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan-Pablo Leyarte to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to FrenaHayBache getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Csongor Tímár hit a great ball. In the 82nd match minute, FrenaHayBache was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernan Quirce to maneuver through the defense. Nacho González made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Alex Sobczyk sent off a good shot on target. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Astillero del Guayas had held the ball for most of the match.
