In the 2nd match minute, Administrativo Sport Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Mitxel to maneuver through the defense. Olivier Gilg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Henry Gunnarsson having to make a save. 4 minutes into the match, Administrativo Sport Club's goal looked a bit too open when Olivier Gilg came free, but Henry Gunnarsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Olivier Gilg managed to get in a good position for a shot. DIPLOMATA FC PAB's supporters rose to their feet, but Olivier Gilg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henry Gunnarsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Henry Gunnarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olivier Gilg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th match minute, DIPLOMATA FC PAB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Lopes to maneuver through the defense. Administrativo Sport Club's Henry Gunnarsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olivier Gilg in the 12th minute of play. When DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Olivier Gilg in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Henry Gunnarsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Olivier Gilg's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. After 32 minutes Administrativo Sport Club's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was José Augusto Lara who took care of the corner kick. Eleuterio Aragones charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eleuterio Aragones the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 33 played minutes Administrativo Sport Club got a freekick which was hit by Eleuterio Aragones. 35 minutes into the match, Administrativo Sport Club's goal looked a bit too open when Olivier Gilg came free, but Henry Gunnarsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Olivier Gilg notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Administrativo Sport Club's Henry Gunnarsson. Henry Gunnarsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Niculae Martinescu got a free kick in the 45th minute. When Eleuterio Aragones came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Administrativo Sport Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eleuterio Aragones couldn't finish the play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Administrativo Sport Club's Cipriano Vermudo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Chico Donato in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 57th minute, José Augusto Lara reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Henry Gunnarsson. The goal made the score 0-2. A collision led to DIPLOMATA FC PAB getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Eliézer Alvarenga hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute José Augusto Lara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henry Gunnarsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 66 minutes, Eliézer Alvarenga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DIPLOMATA FC PAB and the Administrativo Sport Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 66th minute, Eliézer Alvarenga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Niculae Martinescu scored 0-3 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henry Gunnarsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 71 minutes, Niculae Martinescu made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Administrativo Sport Club's Henry Gunnarsson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Niculae Martinescu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 79thth minute tested the skills of Henry Gunnarsson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Roberto Lopes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 82ndth minute, Henry Gunnarsson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal.
